I went up on the hill this weekend and Jim and I bummed around Old Town Ft. Collins on Friday. Every year I’ve passed by this gorgeous display, intending to stop in and have a look-see, but never did until this day. This is one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen.
“The outdoor display and test areas at the Annual Flower Trial Garden were established to allow students, researchers, industry representatives, homeowners and extension personnel to learn, teach and evaluate through horticultural research and demonstration projects conducted in the unique environmental conditions of the Rocky Mountain/High Plains region.”

As an aside….I was born in the town of Loveland Colorado. On Valentine’s Day, people like to get their letters postmarked through the Valentine Station Post Office. I found this adorable telephone directory in a convenience store and HAD to get one.
